I eat meat. I also don&#039;t don&#039;t hate vegetarians (I was one for awhile. Wasn&#039;t for me.) But truth is, the protein combining theory is just wrong. It has no backing in science.

Although this woman may have had dangerously low levels of protein, we Americans are far more likely to get more protein than we can use than to get too much.

Anyway, good luck with blog! Maybe you can do a follow up on this topic sometime after a little more research.</description>
